No refunds or returns for ONLINE orders. Email a picture of your damaged item to email@example.com. If we determine it truly arrived damaged, we will ship the same item as quickly as possible. If that item is sold out, we will ask you to choose an item of the same value or less.
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges in our stores within 15 days of purchase with original receipt, tags, packaging and the form of payment used to make the purchase. In interest of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed cosmetics, rolling perfume, soap, pierced earrings or jewelry sets containing earrings or real body jewelry unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
Cancellations are only accepted 48hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. Any cancellation after 48hrs will not be refunded. All same day cancellations, last minute cancellations, and no shows will not be refunded. These policies apply to Personal/Private Shopping Experiences, Experiences for any celebration, Workshops and any other appointment that is booked and purchase through this website.
COMPLEMENTARY SPARKLING WINE
Anyone drinking complementary alcohol must be 21 and up, and will be carded before they are able to drink sparkling wine.
